Psionic Shot...

I was undecided, until I came to the sentence "your arrow, bolt, or bullet remains charged until..."

Thus, I agree with Piratecat - the feat does not affect you, but rather the projectile. Four arrows, 4pp.

I'm agreeing with these other guys. It's for the next single projectile. If it wasn't, you could get into some similar abuses with Deep Impact and a melee weapon.

Besides, isn't Psionic Shot the +1d4 one and Fell Shot the touch-attack one? I can never keep them all straight anyway.

Psionic Shot indeed does +1d4, whereas Fell Shot is a touch attack.

IMC, I'd only allow it to affect one arrow. The Many Shot feat stipulates that precision damage is only applied to one arrow. And I'd rule both Psionic Shot and Fell Shot as enhancing the precision of the shot.

So with a +16 BAB; an attack action gets you 4 attack rolls. Burning (5 Fell Shot + 1 Psionic Shot) 6 power points gets you one ranged touch attack roll (-6), + 3 ordinary attack rolls, and the ranged touch attack roll would deal the extra +1d4 damage, if it hit.

I don't see them as being precision effects - I see them as being more like arrows fired from a Flaming Bow. They are charged with psionic energy that casuses them to a/ do more damage, or b/ ignore armor.

I think (not having seen them in play, admittedly) I would let someone apply the feats to all arrows in a Manyshot... paying four times the pp cost.

Yeah, I'm a bit undecided on that issue...

But as so many seem to regard Many Shot as a broken feat (which I don't, but it is good...)

but at 6 power points per shot, that is pretty expensive, so it isn't like it is going to be happening for any serious number of rounds... So maybe...

But I think for starters, I'd cap it at one arrow only per Many Shot.
