Quick question about psionic powers. When a manifester augments a power, does that increase the effective power level in respect to spells like Globe of Invulnerability, Spell Turning, Break Enchantment, etc. which have effects based on spell level?

For example, a 3rd level blast power is augmented to use 9 points instead. Would a Lesser Globe of Invulnerability block it or not?

No.

For example, a 3rd level blast power is augmented to use 9 points instead. Would a Lesser Globe of Invulnerability block it or not?

It would block it.

Augmenting only innately increases amount of pp in the power.

If the power reads, for every 2 power points, this power counts as 1 level higher in respect to spells and powers: than it wouldn't be blocked by Globe.

But I have yet to find a power like that.
