Psionics Power Sheet

Does anyone know of a good psionics power (spell) sheet?

I'd like one that's in a table or spreadsheet format that I can easily add/update information on as new powers become available (from new source books). A good power sheet has columns for Power Name, Power Level, Power Points, Short Power Description, Dicipline (school), Components, Manifesting (casting) time, Range, Target/Effect/Area, Duration, Save, Power Resistance (yes/no), and a reference to the page number of the sourcebook.

I've checked out the excel spreadsheet listed in the electronic aids section of this site but it seemed too difficult to add new powers.

I'd like to find one with at least the base powers from the Psionics Handbook (something I can build on). Thanks for any input.

Have a look at www.emass-web.com for Ema's charsheet. It's not updateable, but there's space to pencil in powers, and it's laid out very well. Anyway, any given Psion doesn't have very many powers, so it's not hard to write them in.

Unfortunately Emanuele has decided not to share the source files for the character sheets. This is unfortunate because it seems he doesn't keep his files current. I don't see how he can ask for donations when he hasn't really donated anything worthwhile to the gaming community.
