Does anyone know the formula for figuring out the point cost per level of a power?

Manifesting a level l power costs 2l-1 power points, except for 0-level, which cost 0 or 1 (if you've used up your # of free slots or not).

I assume this isn't what you wanted...

Download my house rules and character sheet. character sheet is optional, but I think you might be interested in the rules.
