How do you find out if a specific discipline is barred from a particular class? I don't think it's listed in black and white.

Huh?

Only psions get disciplines, and then only one based on their subclass; for examples, Kineticists get Psychokinesis, Telepaths get Telepathy, etc. They have access to all the general powers, plus the discipline for their subclass. Then, they can spend a feat buying Expanded Knowledge and get a power not on their list.

Cool. We had our first session of our Eberron game tonight and one of the players is doing a psion. We didn't know the answer and he's new to the game.
