Psychic Warrior & Polymorph Self

1. Once a Psyhic Warrior has used Polymorph Self take the form of a Gargoyle (str 11) can he stay in that form, since his str is now lower than needed to use the power Polymorph Self (str 14)?

2. If he can stay in that form, can he now change forms again, since his str is now lower than needed to manifest the power Polymorph Self (str 14)?

1. He can stay in that form b/c he has already manifested it.

2. According to the new, new Polymorph errata, you cannot take multiple forms anymore. But if you could, I would say you could change. The power is already manifested, so you can use it to its full effect.
