Psychics handbook D20 modern and talents

Ok, here's the question-- Psychics handbook is perhaps the best system around for D20 modern style psychic powers-- but should there be psychic talents as well? I.E., a psychic talent htat allows inhuman levels of charisma or strength, or should that be kept to the feat/skill tree system?

I see no problems with a psychic talent tree. However you should keep in mind that doing so will cause individuals desiring psychic powers to primarily choose whichever class(es) you give access to the chain.

You should limit the access to psychic talents tree(s), either it must be acquired like a feat or class abilities, or it's part of the species culture (Vulcans, Betazoids, Talosians).
