Ptolus: Night of Dissolution and the Banewarrens

Has anybody run the Ptolus adventures? In particular, is it feasible to interleave the Night of Dissolution and the Banewarrens? Are there good prepackaged options for continuing afterward? The drow adventure didn't seem to fit my group. I also planned on trying to weave in Dwimmermount and Rappan Athuk.

The Big Book has suggestions on where to go after those two adventures play out. It's in the back, in the campaign section, as I recall.

That said, Dwimmermount (modified, possibly, to cut back on some of the sci-fi stuff) and Rappan Athuk could both easily fit inside the Dungeon.
