Published Warm Settings.

Well, Dark Sun and Al-Qadim have already been mentioned, but have you looked at Maztica, for the Forgotten Realms? Also, the Jakandor setting (for D&D.. don't worry, you're not the only to have not heard of it) is set on a tropical island... though the climate isn't really covered all that much for it be worth picking up. The setting is pretty awesome, though.

Sandstorm is a great 3.5E book on warm climates, and Necromancer's Mesopotamia is pretty nifty, too.

Nyambe: African Adventures is a great resource for non-traditional fantasy roleplaying games, based in ancient African mythology. It is one of the most highly-detailed campain settings out there. It covers a wide variety of terrain and settings, from dark jungles to burning sands.

From the author:

Chris Dolunt said:
"My motivation for creating Nyambe was simple. Africa was a major part of the Earth that has little or no representation in fantasy literature, let alone RPGs. When it does appear, it usually follows the pulp fiction model: steaming jungles, bloodthirsty cannibals, and dark gods long forgotten by the civilized races. Of course, historical Africa was nothing like that, so my goal for Nyambe was to create a fantasy version of Africa based on the actual history and mythology of Africa, rather than previous fantasy depictions. So, I went about taking snippets of history or myth, and twisting them, adding fantasy elements or changing specifics to make them fit into a d20 world.

Empire of the Petal Throne. Tsolyanu makes the Giza plateau look like Karelia.

You can get the original 1975 rules (well, the Different Worlds reprint) from Carl Brodt at Tita's House of Games. Yes... still in print after all these years! I'm running it right now and I really like it.

You can get a wealth of information from Tékumel :: The World of the Petal Throne including a d20 conversion by yours truly. Also a search on DriveThruRPG.com will give you some results.

Mindshadows by Green Ronin has a distinct Indian/Southeast Asian feel.

There was also an Oriental Adventures web enhancement that had an Indian setting, but I can't find it at the moment. I'm sure it's lurking in the WOTC archives.

Mindshadows is awesome, I have a copy of the book including the monster book companion. I ran a short campaign using some elements from Marsharpa and Urban Arcana (snakeblooded as PCs) which did very well.
