pulp adventure, train encounter

I am running a pulp adventure and would like to include an encounter (preferrably a chase which ends up with a small combat thrown in) on a train. Any ideas on how to run a chase scene and make it fast paced? Any examples out there from certain adventures that I could look to? Cast of characters will include someone with a jet pack.

And while I am at it, how about any other chase scene? The rules for driving and flying are very complex in the d20 Modern rules. Any way to make the chase work, yet not slow things down so it feels like they are in a chase?

Hot Pursuit, released by Adamant Entertainment, is the best chase rules I've ever seen (and they're for d20). It lacks aerial combat rules, though you're close enough to fudge them together, but is otherwise comprehensive. There's also a foot chase supplement, which does require the base set.
For $2 you'll get the best d20 chase rules out there.

Good luck.

Yeah...I have seen Triple Ace Games...and I do own Savage Worlds, but that particular title I didn't recall. Thanks for the tip. I am looking to use the Hollow Earth Expedition gaming system, but I don't mind mixing and matching rules if need be.

Oh, man...I must be on to something or I am totally cliche. That is exactly what I was going for. I will just change the McGuffin. Thanks, again. I will be investing in some Daring Tales it looks like.

Thanks...got them. They appear to be a very good resource. We will see how I do with them.
