D&D 5E (2014) Pushing off a cliff

Given its immunities and overall schtick, I'd say the golem falls to its slight inconvenience (no save allowed).

I once fell off a 30 foot cliff in the dark into a river while carrying my wife's shoes. I tumbled head-over-heels over every rock on the way down and landed feet first in the river (which was not over my head). I was uninjured and I didn't even get my wife's shoes wet! (I held them over my head when I landed, waded to the bank, and climbed back up the cliff.

Now there's a few good saving throws! (True story!)

I think I might be a rogue.

There is no general rule for Forced Movement, nor is Falling rules saying you get any saves it was not carried over from 4E. Most pushing or shoving effect will have an attack roll, check or save though.

This has come up a couple of times in my campaigns, never could find anything official in 5e either. Personally, I allow a Dexterity saving throw DC (vs. damage dealt) or an Athletics/Acrobatics skiil check DC vs the check that pushed them. If they save they fall prone at the edge, fail, they toplle over the side.
