Pyrecat attack bonus off? [4e]

On page 38 of always on time, the Pyrecat's Hook power has an attack bonus that's 5 lower than the Claw power.

This looks like a mistake, but it's not (yet) listed in the errata (http://www.enworld.org/forum/showwiki.php?title=ZEITGEIST-FAQ-and-Errata#Always-on-Time).

The hook does WAY more damage than a normal attack for the level, so we balanced it by making it hit less often. I mean, a hook is harder to hit with than a whole paw.
