Hello again all. So i decided to try something new for once in a game and tried a half dragon psionic warrior. Its great and I'm having a ton of fun, but I want to take levels in pyrokineticist as we climb levels. The problem is that being a half dragon in this campaign has given me immunity to fire and a free set of wings. I plan on playing this guy as more and more of a fire bug, but it will be a terrible waste to earn those levels that rewsrd me with damage reduction that eventually turns into total immunity, as well as gaining the ability to fly when i already do so now. I need suggestions on what to tweak in order to make this prestige class more feasable for a half dragon. Feel free to ask me for clarification on this so I can be more specific for y'all. We are using the newest psionics book for psthfinder. Please excuse my grammer as I was very tired as I wrote this.

If you got to take the half-dragon template for cheap, I wouldn't worry about the duplicate abilities. If it was expensive, there was a ritual in a 3.5 book that let you change the type of dragon blood you carry (ie from red dragon to blue dragon). See if your DM is kind enough to let you use it. As for the flight, there's actually a benefit to having both winged flight as well as the firewalk ability.
