I have 2 questions about the Energy seed from the Epic Spells chapter.
1- What would be the factor to transform the energy bolt from the Energy seed into a supernatural ability ? I know that it's a +25 to the Spellcraft DC in order to transform the energy bolt into a spell-like ability bestowed upon a creature, but what about a supernatural one ?
2- How much would it cost to "buy" such a spell-like (or supernatural) ability ?
