Forgive me, this has been answered already somewhere but I didn't find it on the first 12 pages....

If you use your ME action as bluff with Quicker than the Eye... the partial action you make afterwards is additionally (player thought so) or instead of your standard action attack?

In fact it means the second part of your standard action, which is not exactly a partial action, but basically the same as.

Basically QttE is worded incorrectly, replace all instances of partial action with standard action.
