They don't have Fox's Cunning either.
The only list that have all six animal buffs on it is the Sor/Wiz list. The others have access to a subset, depending on what the class is about.
Clerics get Bull's Strength and Bear's Endurance, because they're supposed to pick up the slack in combat. They get Owl's Wisdom, because that's their casting stat. And they get Eagle's Splendor because of turning undead and to impress people.
Bards get Cat's Grace for acrobatics and ranged stuff, Fox's Cunning for bardic lore and generally being smart, and Eagle's Splendor because they're aaaall about Charisma.
Druids get all the physical buffs to use on their animal companions, and Owl's Cunning because they're Wis-based casters.
Paladins get Bull's Strength to lay the smack down, Owl's Wisdom because they're Wis-based casters, and Eagle's Splendor to be more impressive and lots of their class abilities are Cha-based.
And finally, Rangers get Bear's Endurance and Cat's Grace because they're all about enduring things and sneaking around, and Owl's Wisdom because they're Wis-based casters.
