How do you handle the order in which the Area Dispel version of Dispel Magic attempts to dispel a spell on a creature with effects from more than one spell? This isn't an issue for the Targeted Dispel version since it attempts to dispel all spells with effects and durations on a target, but the Area Dispel version is limited to dispelling one spell. The description of Dispel Magic says to use the highest caster level first but what if some effects are from spells with the same caster level? How do you determine which spell among a set of spells with equal caster level is "progressively weaker?"
