Question about filth fever

In the scale of war adventure ''rescue at rivenroar'' there is a disease called filth fever. There is no DC or anything to be made. Anyone got an idea of where I could find the DC or what it is?

Replace Endurance stable DC 16, improve 21" with "Endurance improve DC 16,
maintain DC 11, worsen DC 10 or lower".
