Question about Grasping Shadows

If you start your turn in the area of Grasping Shadows, do you suffer from the effect? It seems logical to infer that, but it doesn't state it explicitly like Cloud of Daggers.

I asked customer service about this spell and got no answer.

I think for creatures that have already gotten hit in the initial cast, they are already slowed and damaged it makes sense that they should then be able to move out of the effect on their turn without re-suffering the damage. Just based on damage comparison, the spell would seem to become overpowered again if they suffered the INT damage on their turn.

However for enemies that were missed on the initial cast I believe they should be subject to the damage and slow if they do not move out on their first movement square. Because the Grasping Shadows are still there existing in the rest of the area, they just happened to dodge it on the cast. It would seem if they start moving across the effect they would be considered to be 'entering' it for the first time for purposes of the lasting effect.

If they are not, then you would come to the head scratching possibility that a enemy could start his turn in the effect, walk freely 1 or 2 squares through it and then out of it, but if he were to turn around and spend the last of his move going back into it, that would by RAW trigger the damage and slow. Doesn't make a lot of sense.
