Question about multiple attacks.

(I need to know this for an encounter I am running tomorrow)
Using the girallon as an example, the bestiary says he gets a bite with a +10 to hit, and 4 claws with a +10 to hit, so does that mean if he makes a full attack he can use a bite and 4 claw attacks all with a +10 bonus? Also does that mean he can use a standard action to use just his 4 claw attacks as they are listed as 4 claws and not 4 listings for a claw attack?

No, a standard action is still one single attack (one claw or one bite, in this case). In order to get more than one attack, you have to take a full attack or have an ability that specifically states you get multiple attacks when you'd normally be allowed only one, such as Pounce.

No - they're all primary attacks, and thus don't suffer a penalty. This is distinctly different in Pathfinder than it was in 3.5 - it's normal to have more than one primary attack.
