Question about running + combat advantage

If you take the running action, you grant combat advantage. However, at least in the KotS booklets, it doesn't say how long it lasts. Does the combat advantage only take effect while running, so it only applies to opportunity attacks and other attacks provoked by your movement? Or does it last longer? If so, how long?

I could have sworn it said that the combat advantage lasts until the start of your next turn but I have my book here and I can't find it. I would just have it last until the start of the running character's next turn unless it specifically says differently somewhere else.

This one I can answer pretty much for sure. When you grant enemies combat advantage you grant it to any enemy that attacks you until the effect runs out.
