Those are the ones I'd say would be necessary; I don't have any rules made for them, though Stormwrack does, I think.

Know: astronomy can be changed to any navigation type skill (or be replaced by geography). Survival (5 ranks for north) is another option.
But it could boil down to what a DM considers to be included in Prof: Sailor

Note that one person does not need all three, just that they need to be covered by those on the boat.

Also a map may get you out of needing geography, but a RBDM could have you follow a map correctly and still end up in the wrong place. ;)
 

According to the Savage Tide AP, you need Profession Sailor and Kn Geography.
