Question about the SRD and Gods

Ok,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this. I'd like to create gods for a campaign setting but, since there doesn't appear to be any OGC regarding deities and their creation, I'm wondering if I do stat work on gods and include information such as Portfolios and Domains, etc etc, will I be in violation of the ogl?

Not so long as you don't use the names they have copyrighted...

Stay away from any non-OGC feats - like those from WotC's deities book. Stick to the epic feats from the SRD and you should be fine.

Same for domains - only OGC domains.
