This spell functions like legend lore, except that it works more quickly but produces some strain on you. You pose a question about some person, place, or object, then cast the spell. If the person or object is at hand or if you are in the place in question, you receive a vision about it by succeeding on a caster level check (1d20 +1 per caster level; maximum +25) against DC 20. If only detailed information on the person, place, or object is known, the DC is 25, and the information gained is incomplete. If only rumors are known, the DC is 30, and the information gained is vague.
XP Cost: 100 XP.
Since we're talking about teleport we're dealing with a place. According to the spell description of Vision you have to actually be at the place to get complete information. If you only have detailed information about the place, you incomplete or vague information. I wouldn't consider incomplete or vague information enough to teleport to, even under "Viewed Once" which is the best you'll get from seeing a location once through magic.

That said, if you cast a Vision about a person or object on hand (which would then allow Vision to give you complete information) and the spell showed you a location, I would allow you to teleport to that location, under "Viewed Once, Possibly By Magic" as described in the description of Teleport.
