Question on Adamantite armor

I have a question on whether you can make a suit of Adamantite full plate armor and what is the + on it? Is it non-magic +2? If so then how far can you magic it up non-epic? Can you have a +5 adamantite full plate armor of Ethrealness making it an effective +7 full plate armor? Or is it still +5 full plate armor?

The enhancement bonus from adamantite does not stack with the enhancement bonus from any magical properties the item may have.

So you'd have a set of +5 plate mail of etherealness that was a set of +2 plate mail in non-magical areas.

adamantite or tine has nothing to do with adamantium

what they do share is a common word root...meaning Hard

also adamantine is in D&D because it is in classical mythology..the greeks believed it was the hardest material
