Question on Office 2007

Also, you can download an add-on to Office 2000, XP, and 2003 that lets them understand the new XML formats. I like the new UI, but the biggest reason I'd like to switch is because the new file format for Excel loses the 64K row limit.

The biggest reason for me to switch was because I've been using Office 97, and got Office 07 Professional for free...


But, your reasons are good too! :)

I downloaded all the options I saw, but is the "save as PDF" add on available yet?

Yes it is. I have it installed and it seems to work well (in very limited use so far).

Word is nice. The ribbon bar makes generating tables and font effects easy to use, and allows you to preview different style before you apply them. Haven't had a chance to work with excel as much though. I was just glad vba was still there. ;)
