I have to ask because I was unable to find it in the books. (either they don't cover this or I missed something) Does spell resistance effect a dragons breath weapon?
If so I'd imagine that you would use the dragons HD or spell casting level for caster level, which ever is highter. (I beleave that's the whay it is for their innate magical abilities)
