How does her weakness ability work?

I think its an special action she has to take insted of attacking or full attacking, but can she make a full attack touch (two touchs) with her two claws as standard action or how does it work?

Another question to spell like abilities. If they are at will she can make one as the same action as casting the spell normally, but as often as she want it per day, right???

Unless specified otherwise (which it isn't here) it is a standard action, so it is just the single attack in the round.
