Quick and Easy XP System

I'd make it 4 points for the very hard combat encounters . Otherwise, this is a real neat system. I might use it or my own modified version.

I'd love to see what you modify and how it works out.

I won't get a chance to DM again soon, so I haven't had a chance to test this in play. But next time I do, I'd like to use something similar to what I've proposed.
