Quick Cthonia question

Hi, I hope you frequent this forum ;)

I just started to read the Guide and I must say it is really good. Although I completely don't like the quasi-real names, that is easily changed in my game! Sorry but it makes me think of my lack of imagination when I made worlds when I was a teen, just warped real world names.. I see why you do it but it bugs me.

But I digress, very interesting setting and completely different from everything 4E I have seen so far!

My question, or maybe it is just a 'point' is that most of the possessed powers have neither the weapon nor the implement key word. This means, especially at higher levels, the chance of successfully hitting with these powers is going to be very low. So why was it done this way? It could have wep and imp keywords to cover all the bases. I really like the noble and possessed multi-class swap idea. But not having keywords means than my players would never take them. Or maybe there are rules latter on that basically drop the magic item bonuses to hit that I have missed.

please enlighten me :)
