If you want 1 in 100, you want to change the second roll from 1-5 to 1-4.

For something to occur 1 in 30 times, the conformation roll would need to be a ... ?

How about 1 in 500 times? How many nat 1's would they need to roll?

And would 1 in 50 indeed be a 1-8?

For 1 in 30, make the confirm 1-13.

And, yes, 1-8 gives 1 in 50.

A confirm of 1 gives 1 in 400, so 1 in 500 can't be done.
