Same here.. I don't think most forum-goers even KNOW about the meta forum. I know that I havne't been there ever (though I have heard of 'em).
And I for one am against OT posts in the DnD General forum. Maybe just three forums: a DnD General forum, a DM's forum, and an Unrelated Stuff forum? Sure some of the OT threads are interesting, but most of them just hog space, IMO.

I went to Meta for the first time EVER and voted YES for condensing the forums. If you can even find the meta forum, please vote.

House Rules needs to be back on the main forum selection page as its own option, not as accessible through the "DM Stuff" submenu (Submenus are BAD, m'kay?). That is the main reason House Rules is suffering its current drought of traffic and posters. Us House Rules guys are looking for feedback on our creations and NEED the extra traffic to generate that feedback on our threads. Because of low traffic, many House Rules threads are showing up in General out of sheer desperation to get some attention. Often, we want to use our ideas in the next game and that may be a week or less away. We want the advice and opinions of the masses to "back us up" or "shoot us down" on whether we are going down the right path or not. With limited feedback, it skews the results one way or the other.
So what are you waiting for? Go to House Rules now and see what you've been missing!

Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to come to House Rules and post! I've noticed a (small but much appreciated) increase in views and posts since this hubbub began, and especially since my plea for support (above) earlier today.
