[Quick] Let's play Find That Feat!

I know that somewhere out there (perhaps in more than one place), there's a feat you can get that allows you to use Bluff to feint in combat as a move action, rather than a standard action, meaning you can feint and then attack in the same round. Where would I find it?

On another topic, is there a magic item out there that gives you the Spring Attack feat? I know there's a spell in Magic of Faerun that does it (5th level divine, can't remember the name off the top of my head).

Sounds like you're looking for "Quicker Than The Eye" from S&F. (Whoops, I forgot 3.5 included that one in the PHB, thanks Ankh-Morpork Guard.).

I've never seen a published item that grants Spring Attack.

You're thinking of divine agility, which you can also find in DotF, p. 85.

3.5 PHB? Doh!

Although in my defense, my current campaign is still on 3.0. However, my DM has allowed some 3.5 material in the past, so I might be able to get this approved.

And I knew the Spring Attack item was a long shot. I'm just being a big cheater and trying to speed up acquisition of that feat (since I have neither Dodge nor Mobility yet).

Don't know if it would speed things up: the guidelines say 10.000 for a feat + 5.000 per prerequisite feat. That would make 20.000 for that item.

It's worth noting that Improved Feint has prerequisites of Int 13+ and Combat Expertise, whereas QttE has the prerequisite of Dex 19+.

Also, Improved Feint is the first ability of the the easily entered Gladiator PrC from Sword and Fist.
