A really big pick.. I think its a dire pick in complete warrior. i know its d8/x4 but one thing i didn't note is CAN it be used 2 handed as a martil weapon or is it 1H only or only 2H ???

Here you go.

A dire pick is too large to use in one hand without special training (the appropriate Exotic Weapon Proficiency feat). A character can use a dire pick two-handed as a martial weapon.
