I don't think I was quite clear in my last post, actually... While we'll likely be paying our authors as work for hire, the new crunch in Pathfinder (including new monsters) will be OGL. So if you have a new monster published in Pathfinder, that monster will be open and you will be able to use it in OGL products published elsewhere. At least, that's my understanding of the whole thing.
