Quick Question: Fastest Flying rate?

It occurred to me I might have this wrong, so I went looking and could not find my answer in the SRD:

What is the fastest flying rate for a creature that can naturally fly in one round? Is it twice their speed, or four times their speed?

Also, what's the fastest flying rate for a sorcererer with a fly spell? twice or four times the flying spell's speed?

What's the fastest flying rate for a creature with supernatural flying? Twice or four times their speed?

Also, if you happen to know where the rules reference to it is (SRD or rule book page number), I'd be grateful.

I don't recall where I saw the answer to this, but I had this same question come up and remember finding an actual rule somewhere - I'll try and find it when I get home. In any case, you can double move while flying (via the spell) but you can use the run action if you're a natural flyer (like a bird, or a dragon - that may or may not cover supernatural flying, I'm not sure).

All flying creatures, while moving straight downwards, can move twice their flying rate with a single move (p. 20 DMG).

As previously indicated, the Fly spell does not allow the run action (p. 232 of PHB), so the most it can move in one turn is a double move.

Also, as indicated in the previous response, a creature with the natural ability to fly can take a run action provided it moves in a straight line (p. 312 of MM). Additionally, all natural fliers can only fly while carrying a light load or less (p. 312 of MM).

I am unable to find any specific references to supernatural flying. Perhaps the description of the ability will indicate whether or not a run is allowed? Do you have any specific examples of creatures with supernatural flying?

Nowhere says that a flying creature can´t run, following the standard rules. Also:

Down Speed: A flying creature can fly down at twice its normal flying speed.
