Ok maybe I missed it but is there somewhere in one of the books that tells you how much treasure a monster should get? I'm talking gold, gems, magic anything because if there is I must have missed it.

Second: Downtime- I was reading through the Adventure League PDF and I noticed that for each downtime you use you have to pay your standard a living. Now this lead to a couple of questions.
1) I assume if you don't have the money to pay your standard of living you can't use the downtime?
2) Standard of living is there really any reason to raise your standard of living or worry about it going down?

There are no treasure tables or guidelines yet, they will be in the DMG when it comes out. There is a random treasure generator here on EnWorld that uses the rules from the playtest if you want to use that for now.

Not sure if adventure league rules are any different, but downtime is purely for roleplaying. The wretched standard of living is a standard of living and has no cost, so you can always pay for it. You always can get your benefits of downtime activity.
