Gideon holds his torch in the direction of the tunnel for a better look, and keeps his sword at the ready.

Fimble prepares for whatever the other saw by drawing his dagger. He looks down the tunnel they were heading, scanning around in case of a surprise rear attack.

After a few moments, Tor decides that the source of the movement may not attack immediately.

"Anyone have a light spell or something handy, to toss on a rock or arrow and throw ahead of us?"

If there's an affirmative response, Tor will sheath his scimitar and wield his bow.

Given the distance across the chamber the torch provides little to no help, you find yourself relying on the weak sunlight streaming in from the grates 30 feet above you.

ooc: I have a map but Photobucket is currently down for maintenence and it's too big to put as an attachment here so I can't post it. Basically it's a round chamber, 250' in diameter, with 4 tunnels connecting to it at the cardinal points. The ceiling is 30' high and there are 4 support columns, one in each quadrant. You are all gathered around the entrance to the tunnel heading North, the movement was spotted in or near the tunnel heading South. Tor & Gideon are the closest to that tunnel, approx. 230' feet from it.

Fimble nods. He picks up a small rock (or piece of stone or something) and closes his left fist around it. He waves his dagger hand over it twice and whispers a word. The rock begins to glow faintly at first, then brightly, shining red through the blood in his fingers. He hands the rock to Tor, or whoever is best at throwing things.
