Pathfinder 1E Race Creation - Advanced Race Guide

I know level adjustments don't really exist in PF, but if I were to add a house rule to have level adjustments, what would be an opinion of how many points would consist of +1 LA when creating a custom race.

The dark elf noble is like 41 or 45 points. and a human is around 10.

I was thinking very 30 to 45 points old be +1 LA.

Unfortunately the drow noble would not fit the mold. A basic 3rd level cleric drow noble is 3CR.
