[race] Nomelings... pls critique my new race

Nomelings
(small humanoid)

Nomelings are small humanoids. They are very smart but physically weak. Their appearence are between PHB halflings and gnomes but they are a little bit smaller than them. They have big and long ears and nose. Their fingernails are long, strong and sharp. Because of their hands they use weapons with difficulty but they may use their hands as a weapon.

Their voices are so beautiful. They speak with each other by singing songs with their own language which is rarely known by other races. Their beautiful voice affects other people and gives nomelings social advantage.

They usually live in untouched forests and hide from other races. Their home is on the top of the trees. Noone can see them and their homes easily if Nomelings don't want them to see. Although they live in wild nature, they are rarely a ranger or a druid. They understand the nature but they are not involved in it.

They are very peaceful races and they usually like staying home, searching secret knowledges. But sometimes a nomeling wonder the secrets of other races and goes to an adventure. If a nomeling leaves his home, he accepts the fact that he has forbidden to return back to his home.

Nomelings reach adulthood at about age 15, and they live about 100 years, though some can live almost 150 years.

Small: as Small creatures, nomelings gain a +1 size bonus to Armour Class, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, and a +4 size bonus on Hide checks, but they must use smaller weapons than humans use, and their lifting and carrying limits are 3/4 of those of Medium-size characters.
Nomeling base speed is 20 feet.

+2 cha, +2 int, -2 str, -2 con; They are smart and charismatic but they are physically weak.

+1 racial bonus to saving throws; They have innate ability to avoid dangers.
+2 racial bonus to hide; They are very good at hiding.
+2 racial bonus to climb; They are very good climber. They may climb without speed penalty. Thanks to their hands.
+2 racial bonus to diplomacy and sense motive; They are very good diplomatics.
+2 racial bonus to wilderness lore; They live in the wild nature and know the nature's some secrets.
+2 racial bonus to one of knowledge skills; Each nomeling has a special knowledge area. This knowledge skill had chosen by his parents and it becomes a class skill no matter what his class is.
-2 penalty to attacks with any weapon; Their hands dont allow them to use a weapon without penalty but they may use their hands as a claw attack without penalty. Their claws makes 1d4 damage.

Heavenly luck : A nomeling character has 3 luck points which is usable per day. A nomeling character may use a luck point to reroll any dice and may use the better one.

Automatic Languages: Common and nomeling. But they know usually other languages (especially secret and rare languages) although they don't need.

Favored class : Bard/Sorcerer
