Race with +2 to CHR

A player was looking for a 0 ecl race that grants a +2 to Chr. Does any exsist ?

I believe the Dromites from the Expanded Psi Handbook are 0 ECL, and they get +2 Cha, -2 Str, and -2 Wis. Penalties suck, but great race for Sorcerer or Bard since they have natural armor, along with the psi-like ability.

Further afield...
Dark Sun 3.5 updated the Pterran race. They get +2 Wis, +2 Cha, -2 Dex. I like them a lot as a variant lizardfolk race.

If you are willing to break into the ECL +1 range, your options increase dramatically (at least one of the Genasi and the Aasimar jump to mind, and I am sure there are others).

Unfortunately not. They tossed on +3 natural armor and gave them scent. Couldnt make them LA +0 after that ;/

Make it +1 natural armor every 5hd and it'd probably be ok. If not make them have to spend a feat to get scent.


I do believe that there were lesser versions of the planetouched that were LA +0. I dont believe that they lost too much to be that way either.

There is a chaos-touched race in a dragon mag that gives a bonus to Cha and I think it is LA0.

I think its the one with the elemental dragons. Have planar race variant as well.
