Hmmm.. it looks like unless one is paying at least $3 a month to these boards, one can't even view things in the download section.
But without viewing your PDF, just looking at the other comments, if your races primarily exist of random furry races with little more to them than the traits typically associated with those races, then you probably have a way to go.
Even moreso for Sci-Fi rather than fantasy, the best route to go is while including features from animals is perfectly fine, you don't want any race to be solely based on a singular earth animal.
If your races can be accurately described as "rhino people" or "monkey people" or "bear people" then you have a very long way to go.
Take a look at WarHammer 40K, Mass Effect series, Star Trek and Star Wars to get sort of a better idea of what you should try to replicate.
