D&D General Blue on Blue (Goblins)

As I mentioned in the other thread, 5e has some psionic goblins in the Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk adventure.

They're not a playable species, but it wouldn't be hard to reverse engineer them.

The psionic goblins in the book all have:

• Resistance to psychic damage
• Mental Burst: a death burst that deals psychic damage
• Advantage on saves vs charmed and frightened

They also have a few different psionic attacks and defenses.
