Races of Ansalon: I have it!

Gluh. Kender. *shudder*

I'll attempt to purchase this book from you fine SovPress/MWP peoples at GenCon. Not the biggest fan of having only a pdf, but I might have to buy one just to keep my Dragonlance Fever in check.

You should Mister Thayan. It's a great book.

Cam,

Yeah and it's MORE than that. I mean sure gnomes and kender, staples. But the other stuff, minotaurs, the minor races, and especially the history chapters/fluff. It's some TRULY stellar writing.

I sure hope MWP gets to keep making more. This is as good as DL has ever been.

What about the minotaurs? Has the hooves vs. feet debate been resolved?
Yes. Thoradorian minotaurs have hooves; other Imperial minotaurs have feet.
Finally. That's all I'm saying about it. ;)

Folks probably just think it's about those silly kender and gnomes and stuff, I guess.

Cheers,
Cam

FWIW, I've always liked the gnomes and their invention rules. I am sure I'll get this pdf, just not sure when. For some reason Dragonlance has always been a hard sell to groups I run. I don't understand why. High magic, High Fantasy, Knights, Dragons. All the elements are there.

Word. Too bad it doesn't look like they will :(

And in case anyone from Wizards is reading this, no, I won't be buying FR or Eberron instead :uhoh:

This was a compromise made so that fans of both options get a little something. Thoradorian are comparable to Monster Manual minotaurs, and Imperial minos are standard DL minos. While they have feet, they end in hoof-like toes.

Trampas,

All I cared about was the fact this chapter solidified the Minotaur race on Ansalon once and for all. Not to mentioned showcased some great writing I felt.

(This one, the gnome chapter, the human chapter and the dwarf chapter were some of the best. The Ogre chapter was fun reading too, but I kept wanting to see more about Ogre Titans. :p :) )

Thank you for the kind words, good sir! You just made my day! :)

And if you want to see more on the Ogre Titans, just wait for Richard Knaak's upcoming Ogre Titans trilogy. Good stuff!
