Howdy Reveille

Initially, I was going to comment on the LA of the race, but since you only got the Aasimar posted so far, I couldn't compare them to any of your other races and kind of presumed that your races will be slightly higher in power compared to normal player races (something I'm all for, it gives more room to make a race interesting)?

The Bloodline abilities are a nice touch to the way you're constructing races, especially if you construct a bloodline for all races, it gives the possibility of adding further unique abilities that are racial in nature without having to significantly bump up the LA of the race, a kind of "imbedded" type of racial levels akin to those of the Savage Races book.

As for the Aasimar themselves, I think the starting racial traits along with their bloodline traits tie nicely into the theme of the race itself. I've always been a bit opposed to players playing races with a strong racial alignment (such as Aasimars being strongly good), but I guess it depends on the flavor and design of the campaign. But for a race with angelic origins, I think the natural abilities fit quite perfectly with the fluff written.
