Master Brewer or Master Smith or Master Bagpiper (etc). Gain Expertise with chosen tools. Gain a background feature that lets them support themselves at a Comfortable lifestyle, and later even better lifestyles. Later gain reliable talent with chosen tools. Eventually be able to create magic items in their areas (magical arms & armor for the smith, beer with potion effects for the Brewer, magic pipes for the piper).
