For the record, the OP is assuming N'War is the nation that Zinda is located in, in Journeys Through the Radiant Citadel. But their post is literally the only reference to "N'War" on the internet.
The native tongue is "N'warian," but there's no indication that I can find anywhere that the name refers to a nation. It could be an ethnic group, the word for "language" in N'Warian, or something else.
