D&D 5E Rage of Demons - Two Questions

Hi there,

I've got two questions concerning Rage of Demons products:

1) Does anyone know when the Rage of Demons miniatures are supposed to be released?

2) I'm sure I read somewhere online recently a breakdown of which demon lords were featuring in which parts of the RoD story - like Demogorgon, Juiblex and Zuggtmoy will mostly feature in Out of the Abyss, while Yeenoghu features heavily in the Neverwinter expansion, and so on. Am I imagining that, or does such a breakdown actually exist and I'm just not finding it again?

Have you got a source? I found an interview with Chris Perkins in which he talks about which demon lords will be featuring in Out of the Abyss, but I'm sure I read something that talked about which demon lords would be featured in the other aspects of the story, such as the Neverwinter MMO expansion, the Sword Coast Legends single player story, the AL Expeditions adventures, RA Salvatore's novels, and so on.
