rage spells vs opponents

Are there any spells that force an opponent into a rage?

The few rage-related spells I've found are targeted at friendlies. Thanks.

That's not the only benfit of Rage though, since you can't cast spells while raging. Good shut down for a wizard. Sure he has bonuses to melee attacks, but would he want to take them =v)

Well, when he's raging, yes!

Force? None that I know of and with good reason. It would be both a useful anti spell caster spell and a useful buff for non casters. Multipurpose in spells usually does not come cheap; example, the curb-stomping flexible spells got going from 3.0 to 3.5.

Because raging shuts off spell casting except for a single PRC.

@Stream: Thanks for pointing that out; I looked in SC but completely missed it. I knew I'd seen one somewhere.

@Frank: Actually, your explanations have given me a lot to think about. Mindless Rage actually seems a little overpowered to me now; I might bump it up to 3rd level.
