Raleigh,NC....looking for 3rd edition D&D players

Currently looking for players for a 3rd Edition D&D campaign set in DM's world (based primarily in the Warhammer Fantasy setting with elements of Iron Kingdoms and Ravenloft {basically a very dark fantasy game on the verge of the steam era}). Currently we have three players, (2 fem, 1 male) though we are probably going to loose one player. As it stands the players are at 3rd level, we have a rogue, cleric, druid and a ranger/fighter NPC. We desperately need fighters and magic users.

I run a story based /heavy roleplaying game with less emphasis on hack and slash (though there will be plenty of combat to come). Most of my players are either new to gaming or are returning after many years off, so I need players who will be willing to work with them and to help show them the ropes. I myself have been playing D&D for nearly 15 years. We are a mature group looking for players at the very least 18, preferably over 20.

We are still trying how frequently we are going to play, but it looks like at the moment we will be playing either every other weekend or every third weekend on Sunday afternoons.

I look forward to hearing from you. You can either leave me a post hear or contact me at

I am very interested in your offer. I only have so many days in the month I can allocate to roleplaying (to keep my wife to be happy), and meeting once a month would be awesome. I'm 27, successfully employed for more than a year, engaged to be married (READ: Mature). I've returned to night school (which I do during the week). I live in Eastern Raleigh and run a struggling Eberron 3.5 game every so often. I'm sending an email with this information now; please contact me when you can.

Raleigh Game Store

One way to find a campaign looking for players (or enough players to start a new campaign) is to visit your local game store! Lost Goblin Games is opening in North Raleigh next Saturday, March 19th, and we're already starting to schedule game nights, demos, RPGA nights etc. We'll be open seven days a week and have a good amount of gaming space-- come by and check us out!
